Paneer Labaabdaar

The last five days or so have been so chilly here in Delhi that I just feel like not coming out of my quilt. Today being a Weekend holiday gave me the reason too. But then hunger often forces one to come out of the comfort of the warm quilt. Luckily the sun was out today and it made it easier for m e to prepare something of my liking. In any case, weekends call for a special lunch. Today I made Paneer Labaabdaar - it was creamy, spicy, had thick gravy and was utterly delicious. Apart from Paneer Labaabdaar, I had steamed rice, rotis and dal fry as accompaniments. What more would one want in life? :D
