Dance like no one is watching,

Dance till you are devoid of breath,

Dance with zeal and dance in style,

Dance forever and keep dancing until you are freed...

Go with the flow.

Twist and twirl

and sway as if you are blowing with the wind,

Don't let silence overwhelm you...

Feel nothing but the pulses beating inside,

Become oblivious... just keep your feet moving and see the time fly...

Try to be free, at free.... and be at peace.

Embrace silence and dance,

and keep dancing all day long...

Life should be like a dance.... just go with the flow,
